What does Ragnos AI actually replace?

For most businesses in Kuwait: a spreadsheet of customers, a shared WhatsApp number, a paper file of intake forms and a wall calendar for appointments. Ragnos AI puts all four into one system so the customer record, the conversation, the booking and the renewal date live in the same place.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. Customer-facing messages, keyword replies and forms run in English and Arabic, written in natural Kuwaiti phrasing rather than machine translation. The staff interface is English.

How much does it cost?

Ragnos AI is priced per business, not per fixed tier, because a one-room operation and a three-branch company do not need the same build. Location count, calendars, the WhatsApp AI agent and support tier are what move the number. You get a price on the demo call.

Can you import our existing customer list?

Yes. Customer import is part of onboarding, whether your list is a spreadsheet, an export from another system or a stack of paper forms. We map plans, expiry dates and locations before you go live.

Does it charge customers automatically?

No. Stripe does not operate in Kuwait, so there is no card-on-file auto-charge. Payments are collected offline or through a MyFatoorah link and marked paid by your staff. Everything after that point - renewal reminders, expiry tracking, receipts - is automated.

How long does setup take?

An onboarding intake, then your account is configured, your team is trained on the four things that matter, and you go live. We review the account with you again at 30 days.
